Join as a Testing Senior Lead, where you'll oversee the testing team and processes. With your in-depth knowledge of testing methodologies, you'll drive the development and implementation of advanced testing strategies, ensuring the alignment of testing practices with overall project goals and maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency. What you will do: - Oversee the planning, design, and execution of test scenarios for complex software applications. - Lead and mentor a team of junior and semi-senior testers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is maintained throughout the development lifecycle. - Drive the adoption of new testing methodologies, tools, and processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing team. - Analyze test results and collaborate with developers for quick resolution of issues. - Provide expert insights into the test planning and strategy sessions, ensuring comprehensive coverage of test cases. Heres what we are looking for: - 7+ years of experience with testing. - Proficient in Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient project delivery and team collaboration. - In-depth knowledge of Design Patterns. - Advanced IT infrastructure knowledge. - Strong experience in application security best practices. - Proven track record in developing and integrating large-scale applications. - Expertise in both back-end and front-end development areas. - Skilled in conducting code reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines. - Expert understanding of client's requirements, assessing potential benefits and weaknesses. - Advanced knowledge of the trade-offs involved in choosing specific technologies or solutions. - Strong experience leading client and stakeholder meetings, effectively communicating technical concepts. - Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, task allocation, risk identification, decision-making, task estimation, conflict resolution, and project planning. - Advanced level of English.
