We are looking for a Marketing Insights Specialist to join our Marketing team. You will be responsible for building success stories for sales leverage and social proof. What You Will Do: - Identify and collect information about key projects that could be used as success stories and case studies. - Map and understand the client's journey. Identify improvement points and how to address them. - Identify the input and contact points so we can improve client interactions and leverage sales efforts. - Create and maintain a flow of information that allows for consistent upkeep of success cases in the company. - Organize and share cases and stories that cover all main industries. Refresh them periodically. Here's what we're looking for: - 2+ years collecting information about clients. - Previous work experience in a heavy traffic flow role, that deals with multiple business areas. - Proven storytelling experience. - Excellent written and oral communication skills, with Advanced English level.
