We are looking for a Product Designer UI/UX who will report to the Manager, Analytics to help us design analytics digital solution with cutting-edge interface practices for our users experience. In your role, youll be significantly contributing to influence and guide business questions, through effective digital product design and insightful visualizations. Youll be part of the analytics team who is central for steering the operational and strategic activities of BRP. Facilitate and lead workshops and brainstorm sessions using Figma and Figjam with team members, designers, and other departments. Collaborate effectively with Power BI developers, Business Intelligence analysts, Product owners, Stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to identify and define product challenges and opportunities. Approach business problems critically, presenting various ideas and solutions to enhance analytics visualization for new and existing dashboards. Design and prototype MS Power BI dashboard layouts and structures through an end-to end design process, applying design thinking principles. Run feedback gathering sessions with business stakeholders, utilizing user test methods to refine Power BI dashboard designs in alignment with business objectives and user needs, ensuring optimal usability and effectiveness. Identify continuous improvement opportunities by creating user-centered visuals in Power BI dashboards based on end-users requirements. Contribute to maintaining and socializing internal Design processes and Design System within the analytics community THIS ROLE IS A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Extensive experience in User Experience Design, including User Research, Journey
Mapping, Site Mapping, Wireframing, Hi-Fidelity Prototypes, and detailed design
specifications.Proficiency in data visualization tools, with a focus on MS Power
BI, demonstrating the ability to create engaging and interactive visuals and
reports. Proven track record of collaborating with business stakeholders to
interpret and translate business requirements into effective visualizations and
reports. Strong motivation to thrive in an agile, open team environment, actively
contributing to continuous improvements and fostering a culture of trust.
Passionate about fostering an innovative and collaborative culture, inspiring
others to embrace a mindset of creativity and cooperation. Minimum of a bachelors
degree or equivalent experience, with at least 3 years of hands on experience in
analytics product design or data visualization, showcasing a deep understanding of
data visualization principles and proficiency with relevant tools, particularly MS
