Department Overview
Main Activities:
Reparo de câmeras;
Manutenção preventiva e corretiva em equipamentos dos sistemas de vídeo e controle
de acesso;
Controle de estoque e manutenção/atualização das ferramentas utilizadas em
bancada;
Configuração de dispositivos CFTV;
Preenchimento de Relatórios de manutenção corretiva e preventiva;
Atendimento dos tickets de incidentes;

Basic Requirements
Basic Requirements:
Formação (Técnico) Redes, Telecomunicações, Elétrica, Computação ou eletrônica;
Proficiência em Pacote Office:
(Word, Excel e PowerPoint) e Google Tools:
(Docs, Sheets, Presentation);
NR10 - mandatório;
Experiência em suporte técnico, implementação de sistemas de vídeo e sistemas de
gerenciamento de vídeos é um diferencial;
Automotivação, capacidade de trabalhar em equipe, boa relação interpessoal,
iniciativa e senso de urgência, Boa comunicação oral e escrita, teamwork,
planejamento e organização, dynamism, planning and organization;
