Product Group Leader - QHSLocation:
Sao Jose dos Campos What You Will DoAs a pivotal role in the QHS Technology & Data
organization, reporting to the Quality Health & Safety (QHS) Product Group Leader,
this role will be accountable for value delivery for Environmental Health and
Safety (EHS) & Occupational Health (OH) applications. This role will be
responsible for the vision and prioritization of new features and enhancements to
the EHS & OH processes and help translate business needs into realized value. This
role is a key player in the design, delivery, and support of data integration
across Quality, R&D, and EHS to enable effective E2E quality processes.This role
will also be accountable for project delivery within quality EHS/OH. This includes
management of key project partners, results delivery through direct and indirect
multi-functional teams, and supporting global Technology & Data initiatives,
driving outcomes that matter to quality, health, and safety.
Responsibilities:·Lead technology delivery against the agreed roadmap for assigned
projects, working closely with the business in the areas of EHS/OH
processes.·Drive consistency to the roadmap in alignment with global and regional
business partners along with PMO alignment, ensuring use of SC Technology & Data
Delivery Framework (including systems development lifecycle requirements), and
ensuring accurate and complete communication and reporting.·Drive and collaborate
on the introduction of new technology and features in line with the Technology &
Data strategy.·Understand and align business requirements to the technology
solution to meet business needs.Recommend pragmatic solutions that solve business
problems.·Drive continuous improvement across the EHS & OH platforms/applications,
driving engagement with third parties to support delivery of
objectives.·Understand the latest technology trends in EHS & OH space to drive the
technology product roadmap in collaboration with technology & data
strategy.·Enable delivery with efficient use of resources.·Work closely with
business partners, digital transformation office, architecture, technology, and
other colleagues to contribute to the Quality component of Kenvues end-to-end
digital strategy.·Engage and lead a direct and indirect team to ensure delivery of
EHS & OH features on time and within budget.·Partner with technology services and
vendors to ensure support models are in place and effective.·Participate in
communication and engagement through Technology & Data forums on topics such as
quality data management.·Work with business partners to conduct annual business
planning.·Provide status updates (verbally and written) to leadership and business
partners.QualificationsWhat We Are Looking ForQualifications:·A minimum of a
Bachelors degree is required. Degree in STEM field preferred.·A minimum of eight
(8) years IT experience or relevant business experience is required.·Experience
with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) & Occupational Health (OH) processes
and applications is required.·A minimum of five (3) years in one or more software
applications such as Intelex EHS Platform, Qlik Replicate Platform, Medical
Records Management, Enablon (for electronic Permits), Cority, Velocity EHS, Sphera
etc. and their Business Process and Technology is required.·Relevant experience in
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and/or computer systems validation of GxP
(or Non-GxP) applications is required. ·Ability to work in globally dispersed
teams is required, with core hours being CET (Central European Time) or EST
(Eastern Standard Time).·Preferred experience includes:project management and
