Your role will involve handling the incident life cycle, diagnosing application issues, and collaborating with various teams on availability, performance, and emergency response. The day-to-day Viasat is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Support Engineer specializing in Linux to join our dynamic 24/7 support team in Brazil. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless operation of our innovative technologies, providing expert-level support to our clients. You will collaborate with a hard-working team to solve sophisticated issues, optimize system performance, and deliver exceptional customer service.
