With over 500 beer brands, were number one or two in many of the worlds top beer markets, including North America, Latin America, Europe, Asia, and Africa.  About ABI Growth Group  ABIs Growth Division is the center of innovation and tech development within ABI, which is driving ABIs growth by developing innovations for the core beer business and creating new hyper-growth tech businesses.   ABI Growth includes the following business lines: BEES (our business-to-business e-commerce and SaaS business, also focused on new technologies), TaDa and Ze Delivery (our direct-to-consumer e-commerce businesses), and several other high-tech divisions, including fintech and venture capital.    What you'll do  Provide servant leadership and mentorship to cross-functional agile teams in the delivery of technological solutions. Effectively communicate project status to stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and other engineering teams. Manage project schedules, resources, and deliveries to meet business objectives. Keep the product roadmap aligned between Engineering and Product areas. Identify, manage, and monitor risk mitigation plans. Be constantly challenged to create world-class solutions.   What you'll need   Proven experience in project management, preferably in agile environments. Previous experience in technology, especially in software development. Strong communication skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders. Experience in managing project schedules, resources, and deliveries. Ability to identify and proactively manage project risks. Knowledge of agile methodologies and Lean practices. Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Proactivity to continuously seek improvements and innovation. Preferred Qualifications: University degree in courses related to computing such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development (MBA/Mastering is a plus). Project management certifications (PMP, CSM, etc.). Ability for servant leadership and experience in mentoring teams.
