What you'll do
Provide servant leadership and mentorship to cross-functional agile teams delivering technology solutions
Identify and remove any impediments/distractions that interfere with the teams ability to deliver against their commitments
Communicate project status to all stakeholders
Maintain the product roadmap aligned between Engineering and Product
Raise, manage, and monitor risk mitigation plans
Challenge and enable the team to continuously improve through intentional/Lean and data driven inspect and adapt cycles (retrospectives)
Follow technical releases, escalating problems to the leadership
Be constantly challenged to create world-class solutions
What you'll need
University degree in courses related to computing such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development (MBA/Mastering is a plus)
Advanced communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Ability to understand technical issues at a high level
Proven experience with Agile projects
Ability to work with minimal supervision in a very dynamic and time sensitive work environment
