Facility/Group Responsibilities Plan and direct classroom training, electronic learning, multimedia programs, and other computer-aided instructional technologies, simulators, conferences, and workshops Mentor other instructors in the subject matter, content, and course delivery techniques for assigned technical courses Produce training schedules and classroom agenda Determine and develop course content and training material (presentations, worksheets, etc) according to objectives Determine overall effectiveness of instructional courses and make improvements as needed Engage with colleagues around the world to align/coordinate work activities across time zones Maintain safe and healthy training environment by following organization standards and legal regulations Education & Experience High School GED Preferred Siemens Software- PLC experience 3-5 years' experience in applicable field or similar role Experience drafting documents, organizing content, proofreading, and editing copy, including procedures and SME-provided materials Job Requirements Willing and able to complete required safety and survival courses for entry onto rigs Willing and able to travel globally, and work in industrial environments, such as factories, offshore rigs, land rigs, and manufacturing facilities, as needed Behavioral Competencies Knowledge of various training and teaching methods Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds Excellent decision making and organizational skills Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team as required Strong ability to organize, plan, prioritize multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment required Research, recommend, and participate in professional self-development activities to continually grow professional capabilities Self-confidence dealing with complex situations Technical Competencies Intermediate computer skills and knowledge Proficiency in Microsoft Office software Experience with learning management software VAGA - Instrutor Técnico - Mecânico (Macaé / RJ) A NOV BR está buscando um Instrutor Técnico para atuar em nossa base de Macaé e manter-se atualizado com as inovações tecnológicas da empresa para ministrar treinamentos para clientes internos e externos, dentro das dependências do Training Center ou externamente, seguindo as diretrizes de qualidade e segurança determinados pela NOV. Qualificações: Curso Técnico completo e/ou Superior completo; Experiência prévia na função ou similares; Inglês avançado; Espanhol avançado; Domínio do pacote MSOffice (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Boa comunicação escrita e verbal; Disponibilidade para viagens / treinamentos à bordo.
