Share People Hub is seeking a Senior Tech Recruiter for hybrid work model (3 times a week in the office) in São Paulo/SP.   What a day looks like for a Tech Recruiter at Share People Hub: Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions, from job posting to offer acceptance; Colaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and define effective recruitment strategies Source and attract top technical talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking and employee referrals; Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technicall skills, experience and cultural fit; Present detailed candidate reports and recommendations to hiring managers; Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process; Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience; Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; Solid experience as a Tech Recruiter and strong understanding of tech roles and technologies; Advanced/Fluent English level; Availability to work 3 times a week in São Paulo/SP (Pinheiros).
