The project: We are looking for an exceptional Data & AI Tech Lead for this fully remote opportunity to join our team. Responsibilities: Work on generative AI model development and training. Investigate, create, and construct new models by adjusting and changing core models to our particular use cases. Lead the creation of pipelines for cleaning and preparing data to facilitate model training. Make the models deployment-ready. Provide technical guidance to team members, including Data Engineers, Data Scientists, AI Strategists, and AI Engineers, on Data and AI related projects. Keep yourself updated on the most recent findings in the field of generative AI. Requirements: 2+ years of relevant experience as an AI Developer. Specific expertise in LLM (Language Model) and GenAI (Generative AI) and experience with training generative AI models. Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying generative models and NLP solutions. Experience with CI/CD solutions in the context of MLOps and LLMOps. Knowledge of tools and technologies such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, GPT, etc., is highly desirable. Familiarity with open models and frameworks in the AI community, such as LLama, and Gemma. Strong problem-solving skills, related to building and deploying generative AI models and troubleshooting during the project lifecycle. Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, preferably IT. Preferred Skills: Graduate degree in an AI-related.
