The OpportunityAs a Talent Programs Associate, youll identify, engage, and screen prospective early talent. By managing an efficient hiring process, you'll ensure a positive experience for our candidates and help bring the next generation of talent to the company.This cross-functional role is ideal for someone who can wear multiple hats recruiter, trusted advisor, event planner, and program manager. Youll enhance our talent programs through positive candidate experience, employer branding, data analysis, and more!ResponsibilitiesStrategic Campus Event Execution and Partnership Management Use school-specific and creative strategies to develop and carry out on-campus recruiting, branding, and event marketingPlan, host, and attend on-campus events including career fairs, tech talks, workshops, university meet-ups, and moreIntroduce new methods to attract and engage studentsPartner with internal groups to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in our Talent Programs Recruiting & Hiring Manage the entire recruitment process for our roles (intern/associate and new grad) across different areas (e.g. software engineering, product). This includes building a talent pipeline, screening resumes, conducting on-campus/phone interviews, extending offers, and maintaining positive candidate relationshipsEnsure an excellent candidate experience from the first contact to hiring (or rejection). Communicate quickly, clearly, and in a friendly wayBuild relationships with internal business teams to identify hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies Intern Program Management Manage our internship program from orientation to hiring, which includes mentor training, performance reviews, social events, and finalizing offers at the end of the summer.
