We are Doctoralia, a Docplanner Group company, present in 13 countries,
responsible for serving more than 55 million patients and processing more than 15
million appointments per month!
We currently have more than 2 million healthcare professionals in our database,
totaling approximately 10 million patient evaluations to date.
Our mission is to make the healthcare experience more human.
Through a diverse range of services, we are able to serve different audiences:
our marketplace, which allows patients to schedule and evaluate appointments and
doctors at any time of the day or night; and our SaaS system (Software as a
Service) aimed at optimizing office management, patient flow and online bookings.
All this through an internet platform and our iOS/Android apps.
Hybrid model:
If you live in Rio de Janeiro and the metropolitan region, you will work a few
days in our office in in Santo Cristo/RJ and from home (to be aligned with your
leadership).
Job Description
Responsabilities:
Conduct end to end hiring processes, with a focus on sales hires;
Align and maintain communication with hiring managers and HRBPs throughout the
entire hiring process;
Screen resumes and actively search for candidates on different sources;
Conduct the first interview with candidates to assess attributes and cultural fit;
Contribute with deas for improvements to our processes, employer branding and
hiring strategy;
Support the global team in recruitment matters and projects involving talent
acquisition;
Provide an incredible experience for candidates
Qualifications
Requirements:
Advanced English - verbal and written communication (you will be part of global
projects!);
Solid experience in talent acquisition, specially sales hires;
Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related areas;
Experience with recruitment and selection tools (ATS);
Experience with talent acquisition KPIs, how to generate insights and strategies
from data analysis;
It will be a plus if you have:
Experience in tech companies or startups;
