Department: Latin America HR & Admin Location: Brazil, São Paulo, Latin America Responsibilities: Lead recruitment team to select best talent; Partner with internal and external stakeholders as needed to continuously keep the employer brand strong and attractive; Data-driven and complete recruitment data tracking and analysis or recruitment report as required; Continuously identify improvement on Talent Acquisition excellence in terms of process, policy, system etc., to elevate both recruitment quality and efficiency; Manage recruitment agencies and explore new vendors, drive progress, and evaluate performance. Requirements: Bachelor's degree and above 10 or plus years of experience in HR work, experienced in at least 2 functions in HR field, multinational company experience is preferred Holistic thinking, strong organizing, communicating and conflict-managing skills Quickly adapt to fast-changing pace, high sense of responsibly and patience, teamwork. Ability to understand the local HR policies, labour code and common practices Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Fluent or native in Portuguese; Bilingual in both English and Chinese will be an advantage
