As a Talent Acquisition Analyst, your main challenges will be:
Conduct recruitment and selection processes to find qualified professionals.
Develop and execute talent attraction strategies.
Proactively hunt for professionals through LinkedIn and other social media.
Represent Azion's culture and promote the company's brand to candidates.
Use tools and analytics to optimize the recruitment process.
Stay updated on best practices and market trends in Talent Acquisition.
Ideal Profile
Strong results orientation and ability to work agilely.
Excellent communication and ability to present the company and its opportunities.
Ability to build and maintain networking in the technology market.
Analytical and data-driven profile, with the ability to interpret data and metrics
and make informed decisions.
Willingness to learn and teach, contributing to the continuous growth of the team.
Minimum Qualifications
Over 2 years of experience in recruiting technology professionals.
Experience in hunting professionals through LinkedIn and other social media.
Knowledge of the technology professional market.
Ongoing undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial
Engineering, HR Management, or related fields.
Advanced English.
Desirable Qualifications
Knowledge or experience with Looker.
Knowledge of trends in the Talent Acquisition area.
Intermediate/advanced Spanish.
