About the role: As a Systems Operations Analyst, your skills will keep our industry-changing technology platforms humming smoothly. While building your skills and your career, youll support client-facing systems and applications while driving issue resolution and proactively investigating errors. About the team: What you will be doing: Managing hardware and software in 24x7 processing environment to ensure peak performance at full capacity. Recognizing abnormal processing conditions and responding appropriately to resolve errors in a timely manner. What you will need: Knowledge of financial services industry and mainframe and/or open systems operating systems. Ability to use production control tools and resources to analyze and respond to all system processing errors.
