Responsible for training on new functionalities of MTS 2.0. Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of MTS 2.0. Collect iteration requirements for MTS 2.0 and summarize them. Experience as a product manager or operational support specialist for B-end systems like ERP & CRM. Experience in training for functionalities of B-end systems. Excellent communication skills and strong self- learning ability. High sense of responsibility towards job duties. Ability to communicate in English.
