What Youll Do
As a Support Assistant, will serve customers of different levels, support
technical issues related to products, processes and project guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
· Support team (end to end process).
· Drive agents to Best Performance.
· Attend e replicate mandatory training sections.
· Work according to SLA and Google guidelines.
Preferred experience:
· Experience in customer support.
· Skills in customer service platforms such as Chat, Email and Phone.
· Clear communication skills (spoken and written).
· Ability to meet quality guidelines.
· Intermediate English.
