The Supply Planning Analyst for Cytiva is responsible for playing a crucial role
in managing the logistics and documentation involved in foreign trade ensuring a
smooth flow of goods and be compliant with customs regulations. Work closely with
the customer service, commercial, services and finance area, monitor stock level,
planning the material, safety stock, costs control.>
This position is part of the operations located in São Paulo and will be on-site.

What you will do:
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
Manage the import and export processes following regulations/compliance by
coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs broker, domestic carrier
and other relevant parties to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
Prepare and review shipping and customs documents, including commercial invoices,
packing lists, certificates of origin, air waybill, and customs declarations
Perform SLA´s/ KPI´s and general metrics
Management of backlog items, monitoring stock levels, fulfilling orders, safety
stock, meeting OTD metrics, and providing accurate forecast
Who you are:
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in business administration/foreign Trade/Logistics
2 years experience of supply planning, import/export, operational logistics,
customs expertise and international shipping procedures.
Proficient in using import-export software and tools, Microsoft Office (Excel,
Word, Power Point) and ERP System
Fluent in English, and Spanish is a plus
