Vaga de Supply and Demand Senior Analyst

·         Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns, improving the Forecast accuracy KPIs.·         Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities, identifying the current and future supply changes and supply risks (short supplies or excess inventory).·         Accountable for Supply Assurance of assigned product portfolio (typically larger and/or more complex portfolio than Supply Planners).·         Successfully communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management.·         Review forecast changes, new business opportunities evaluation, and identify significant demand risks.·         Conduct monthly forecast maintenance working with customers, commercial team and supply chain management to improve forecast accuracy.·         Oversee demand planning and update customers and commercial team about product availabilities.·         Identify opportunities to meet customer demands during constrained supply.·         Participate activilly in the monthly S&OP meetings.Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures; Strong analytical skills are required - ability to observe patterns and trends in data, determining root cause of issues and drawing proper conclusions from analysis; Ability to manage, track and drive resolution of complex issues as well as improvement initiatives in parallel; Excellence in verbal and written English communication, Spanish desirable; Expertise in use and leveraging of ERP systems and reporting tools (E.g. SAP R/3, Business Intelligence tools, MS Excel, MS Access, MS Powerpoint. Power BI is a Plus&).
