Location: SP Red Hill Position Summary Coordinate and provide daily support the maintenance activities on site to achieve the required service level to optimize the machine availability in a 24/7 production environment. Instruct and follow up maintenance tasks to ensure all the activities are performed in a safe and efficient way according Sibelcos policy, guidelines and values. Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise internal and external technicians with the maintenance activities on site. Support the planner in the preparation of the maintenance activities Give pro-actively support in case of difficult activities and/or actively participate in the daily performance dialogue and problem solving events. Coordinate the technicians and execute maintenance activities in the site according to Sibelcos operational excellence and safety principles to contribute to the Sibelcos continuous improvement culture.
