The Offer Flexible working options Opportunity within a company with a solid track record of performance Leadership Role The Job You will be tasked to represent the ACVET brand and promote the college in the Student Recruitment market via a number of marketing and business development methods. Your goal is to network with the local agents and partners to generate interest amongst the student population market, to drive international enrolment in ACVET courses. You will be tasked to explore emerging and innovative ways of developing strong relationships with network of on ground education agents as well as maintaining those relationships. This is a WFH job opportunity with occasional local travelling required. This is a very exciting position if you are looking to join a new player in the VET sector that is in its growth phase. You will have the opportunity to travel, attend and host at industry leading events and grow with the business.  The Profile You should have at least 2 years experience ideally in Brand Marketing / Brand Manager within Professional Education/Service industry. You have working knowledge of communication, Student counselling, Agent management and client relationship Must have experience with international student recruitment for Higher Education and/or Vocational Education, preferably within the Australian Education sector.  Must have an established relevant agency network Be able to achieve enrolment targets for the college  Have a solid understanding of industry trends, to inform upon strategic planning and forecasting. You should be a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience Able to drive enrolment numbers in ACVET courses through network of local education agents Work closely with ACVETs social media marketing team in proofreading social media posts and advertisement for the local market Work closely with ACVETs market research team who will provide relevant local leads for education agents Assist in identifying and supporting developing potential education agents and to grow existing relationships To perform potential market research to identify most suitable marketing approach for ACVET Agency Network Management, or Account Management: develop and train potential agents sourced from fairs, business trips, enquiries, referrals, in general searches in line with the responsibilities outlined above Ensuring that all relevant product developments, including changes to admission, compliance and course requirements or start dates (for example) are communicated externally To prepare, assist and deliver in performing agent presentations/webinars/events REMUNERATION, COMMISSION AND OTHER DETAILS  The remuneration will comprise of a base salary plus a commission (on student fees) per student (a great opportunity for someone who consider themselves a high achiever as you have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions) Three months probationary period is applicable to this role You will need to have a laptop/computer and a reliable internet connection for this role  The Employer Our client aims to be a recognized provider of vocational education and training facilitating industry relevant skills and knowledge for students.
