Solid experience in cost analysis and financial control. Strategic vision for decision-making aligned with business objectives. Ability to control and monitor KPIs, ensuring operational performance. Skilled in leading and managing meetings, ensuring engagement and alignment between all parties. Active support to stakeholders, promoting effective and innovative solutions to operational challenges. Experience with reverse logistics and implementing actions focused on process optimization. Creative thinking and the ability to propose "out-of-the-box" solutions to achieve results. Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills in dynamic environments. Competence in generating ideas and insights to improve processes and support stakeholders. Proficient in data analysis to support fact-based decision-making. Experience in building financial business cases, with a focus on WACC, payback, CAPEX, and OPEX. Solid knowledge of budget control and investment monitoring. Familiarity with product development in the automotive sector and innovation processes. Knowledge of the parts import process, with a focus on logistical optimization and cost reduction. Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and process optimization practices. Experience with additive manufacturing (3D printing, IoT, etc.) for innovation.
