Sr. Supply Chain Planner-2407022503WDescriptionKenvue is currently recruiting for:Sr. Supply Chain PlannerThe Role is part of the In Market Team and is responsible for leading Distribution requirement planning (DRP), support S&OE process collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales and operations plans. She/He will be for connecting the commercial team with supply chain functions, acting as a focal point to maintain service levels.Responsibilities·Lead DRP process (Distribution Requirements Planning): Manage the planning process for long and short-term demand, considering factors such as sales forecasts, customer orders, and inventory levels.·Support S&OE (Sales and Operations Execution): Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales and operations plans, ensuring alignment between sales forecasts, production plans, and inventory levels.·Identify and evaluate supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.·Assist in creating and implementing inventory control and stock policies.·Work closely with other teams, such as purchasing, production, and logistics, to ensure integration and efficiency of the supply chain.·Monitor and report on supply chain performance, including metrics such as OTIF-D (On Time In Full - Delivery), lead time, and inventory levels.·Identify opportunities for improvement in the supply chain and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.·Develops plans for process improvement involving organizational change and development to achieve goals and objectives - Anticipates issues and barriers that may impede progress.·Leads and works within a cross-functional team environment to develop process improvement initiatives as well as establishing budgetary guidelines for multiple projects.QualificationsRequirements·Bachelor's degree·Project management experience is required·Intermediate English is required·Spanish (intermediate/advanced) is a plus·Written and verbal communication skills·Attention to details, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills·Strong team working and relationship building skillsLocation/Cia.São José dos Campos/ São PauloWho We AreAt , we realize the extraordinary power of everyday care.
