Job Summary
The Project Analyst will be responsible for coordinate the implementation of new
systems, ensuring that they are integrated efficiently and effectively. In
addition, they are responsible for the ongoing technical support of these systems,
ensuring that they work without interruption. The analyst also leads the
identification and integration of new suppliers, negotiating contracts and
maintaining quality standards. When planning activities, he prioritizes nearby
locations and minimum logistics costs, optimizing schedules. Finally, he validates
reports to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information generated by the
systems implemented.
Key activities:
Providing technical support for the system
Controlling calibration/audit schedules
Purchase airline tickets, buses, hotels and rental cars
Controlling financial spreadsheets
Searching for new suppliers and qualifying contractors
Quality assurance - checking reports
Qualifications
Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related activities
Knowledge of planning and logistics
Previous travel agency experience desirable
Good knowledge of preparing and validating reports
Good knowledge of spreadsheets and controls
Knowledge of management systems () - desirable
