This position is responsible for managing the product and marketing plan along with life cycle management of assigned product categories, including market research, product offering, pricing, positioning, promotion, branding and distribution to drive customer loyalty, sales growth, and improved profitability. Accountabilities in this role Develop and execute Brazils marketing strategy, including go-to-market plans, with a focus on high-value accounts and optimizing the cost-to-sell strategy. Collaborate with the Brazil leadership team to drive strategic marketing initiatives and leverage analytics to inform business decisions. Develops strategic marketing plans for product portfolios. Lead efforts in Account Health analysis, using available data to assess market penetration, customer potential, and satisfaction. Lead segmentation and assess market potential guiding sales execution focus. Implement Account Mapping strategies, including customer profiling, account management, and cross-selling initiatives. Serve as the key liaison between the Brazilian marketing team and the International Marketing organization to implement and adapt global strategies locally. Manage a team of marketing specialists focused on supporting the commercial structure, including training, education, events, KOL management, and interactions with health sector associations. Oversee the efficient allocation of the marketing budget, ensuring alignment with business priorities. Optimize events and campaigns by refining targeting strategies and maximizing return on investment. Spearhead Customer and Competitive Intelligence initiatives by processing market insights and customer feedback (e.g., VOC, sector events, KOL interactions) to adjust strategies. Focus on Market Coverage, ensuring effective go-to-market strategies for high-value accounts while considering cost-effectiveness. Utilize market research to understand both Potential and Addressable Markets, feeding insights into the broader strategy to drive sales force efforts and identify target accounts. Communicate insights clearly and concisely to key stakeholders, presenting data-driven business drivers and their implications. Conduct detailed market research and analysis to provide strategic and operational insights, enabling informed decision-making across the organization. Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration with internal and external partners, including sales, supply chain, and international teams. Track and report on marketing performance, ensuring forecast accuracy and product availability to support the business growth strategy. Lead efforts in establishing new standards of care in compression through collaboration with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and Medical Societies, in partnership with Medical Affairs. Drive Cardinal Health brand as a customer-centric organization, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines, promoting a culture of accountability and governance. Qualifications Bachelor / Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field. 8+ years of relevant Healthcare Marketing experience working in matrixed multinational organization corresponding with cross functional stakeholders. English: Fluent. Solid and proven leadership skills. Possess knowledge and skills in product management, brand management, and marketing communication. Self-starter: ability to learn quickly, take lead, and work in dynamic work environment while taking ownership. Results focused  deliver results by adopting flexible, innovative, and compliant approach. Shows sense of urgency and proactiveness.
