Your Role & Responsibilities" This is the SAP Customer Engagement Manager position, which is a senior role according to the career progression/path for an SAP Basis consultant who wishes to become an SDM/Account Manager/Service Manager in their career journey. The primary role/responsibility for this position is to understand the customer's requirements for their SAP landscape and facilitate solutions, technical services with the alignment of the SAP backend support team (TechOps) on the SAP RISE platform." The dCEM is the primary SPOC for RISE customers and will regularly engage with customers to provide guidance on the functioning of the SAP Landscape OR any maintenances (planned/unplanned)." The dCEM team member works closely with SAP IAE, CAA, TSM, and CDM teams to ensure the Customer has all necessary guidance and information for the functioning and planning of the SAP Landscape (see detailed roles and responsibilities below)." The SAP RISE platform offers all the latest SAP technologies (products) with options for the customer to select their own Hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, or GCP)." This role is customer-facing and will require participation in meetings, responding to technical queries from the customer team, and presenting assessments." As it is an Engagement Manager role, there is no expectation for the resource to perform any hands-on work. Qualifications & Experience " Technical knowledge in the SAP Basis area with relevant experience." Relevant cloud knowledge (, through solution management, consulting, and/or delivery program management)." Good understanding and hands-on experience required in S/ HANA applications and HANA database." Experience in SAP Upgrade & Migration (OS/DB) is mandatory." Experience in integrating SaaS products (Ariba, Salesforce, CS, etc.) with SAP Landscape is an advantage." Hands-on experience with any hyperscaler (AWS/Azure/GCP) is required." Advanced English (Mandatory). Main Skills Advanced English Strong experience with SAP BASIS, Upgrades and Migrations: Hana Database, S/Hana
