How you will create an impact Main activities Handle Financial Lines Major and Complex Claims (i.e. Cyber, D&O, E&O, IMI, EPL) from initial notification through to final settlement within an agreed level of authority and within service standards; Review/input reserves timely and continually evaluating reserves during life of the claim to ensure accuracy of financial exposure. Identify and make reserve recommendations to management on claims evaluated greater than assigned authority; Analyze and evaluate Financial Lines claims and ensure proactive claims handling; Engage and oversee work of vendors, including counselors, accountants, experts and loss adjusters; Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers & brokers; Work closely with underwriters and distribution to develop a thorough understanding of the business and contribute to best practice overall. What youll need to succeed Bachelors degree Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills Major/complex claims handling experience Strong technical knowledge in Financial Lines Claims and capability to manage and oversee assigned claims Excellent communication skills (verbal/written) and strong negotiation skills Ability to identify and report performance issues to the management Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at every level both internally & externally Knowledge of legal, regulatory and litigation norms on claims area Ability to collaborate and successfully manage work when working at home or in the office in a flexible work environment Advanced English Skills Ready to take your career to the next level?
