What you'll do The Sr. Director LATAM marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the LATAM region. This role requires a strategic problem solver with strong leadership skills capable of driving growth and ensuring the alignment of regional marketing initiatives with regional sales as well as overall company goals. This position is a people manager role reporting to the GVP, Growth Marking. Responsibility Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for LATAM region to achieve business objectives that are both across the region, and unique to Brazil, Mexico and the rest of Latin America Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement Collaborate with the LATAM Sales team and other cross-functional teams, such as the Product and other marketing teams, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts Supervise the creation and execution of LATAM-specific marketing campaigns, including performance marketing, events, promotions, and partnerships Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets Manage and influence regional marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and return on investment maximization Foster strong relationships with key collaborators, including regional Sales leadership, partners, and customers Stay aware of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing events team, driving performance, professional development, and innovation Cultivate a culture of cross-team collaboration, creativity, and accountability within the team Maintain relationships with external customers, partners, agencies, and contractors to deliver a full brand experience Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. What you bring Basic 15+ years of marketing experience Experience developing and implementing successful regional marketing strategies Experience leading and inspiring a high-performing team Experience managing marketing budgets and delivering on financial targets Preferred Strong project management skills and attention to detail Strong analytical skills and the ability to transfer data into actionable insights Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills BS/BA degree or equivalent in marketing experience Proficiency in performance marketing tools and platforms Ability to thrive in a fast-pace environment Knowledge of regional market dynamics and cultural nuances Life at DocuSign Working here Docusign is committed to building trust and making the world more agreeable for our employees, customers and the communities in which we live and work.
