Job Summary
The Content Reviewer is responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of
the training materials developed. This professional must proofread texts, identify
and correct grammar, spelling and style errors, adapt the language to the target
audience, proofread video subtitles and ensure that the content meets
accessibility parameters.
Key Activities:
Proofread corporate training materials, educational guides and content related to
technical and behavioral skills.
Ensuring that texts comply with company guidelines, correcting grammatical and
spelling errors.
Edit content to improve clarity, cohesion and coherence, maintaining the
appropriate voice and style for each type of material.
Analyzing texts in different educational objects, paying attention to syntax,
spelling and precision, ensuring correctness, clarity, conciseness and harmony.
Re-elaborate texts, giving them appropriate form and meaning.
Validating the textual and visual standard in accordance with the client's manual.
Ensuring that all materials are error-free and well-structured.
Providing feedback to the content designers on marks and indications of necessary
adjustments.
Qualifications
Degree in Literature, Communication, Journalism or related areas.
Previous experience in proofreading texts, preferably in training, internal
communication or endomarketing.
Excellent written communication skills, with a strong command of Portuguese
grammar and spelling.
Experience with accessibility and accessible content desirable.
