Job Summary
The Bilingual Communication Analyst works on internal communication, training
and internal events. This professional must create content for engagement
campaigns, newsletters and corporate social media, as well as preparing
presentations, summaries and reports. They also translate materials from the
global headquarters from English into Portuguese and write articles and case
studies, ensuring compliance with industry standards. She adapts content to the
needs of different target audiences, develops teaching aids, participates in
planning meetings, and collaborates with the team to ensure the cohesion and
quality of the materials produced, guaranteeing compliance with company guidelines
and accessibility standar ds.
Key Activities:
Developing content for internal communication materials - event and training
announcements, internal engagement campaigns, invitations, newsletters, internal /
corporate social media.
Preparing content for presentations, summaries and reports.
Translating newsletters, articles and internal communication materials for the
global headquarters from English into Portuguese.
Writing cases and articles presenting case studies in the area of training and
development to ensure compliance with parameters pre-established by national and
international bodies in the sector.
Developing content for corporate training materials, guides and other educational
content related to technical and behavioral skills, in line with the guidelines
provided by the Instructional Designer.
Analyzing and understanding technical information provided by the client for the
development of teaching materials.
Researching and analyzing data and information from various sources to understand
the needs and specifics of the training.
Taking part in planning and brainstorming meetings to create new training courses
and improve existing ones.
Developing content adapted to the needs and objectives of each target audience and
topic, according to the briefing provided.
Developing support materials such as lesson plans, handouts, instructor manuals,
quizzes, practical exercises, learning assessment tools, tests and other
educational materials that complement learning.
Proofread texts ensuring quality, compliance with company guidelines, as well as
accessibility and non-capacity parameters.
Collaborate with other members of the content development team to ensure the
cohesion and quality of the materials produced.
Qualifications
Degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Advertising, Marketing or
related areas.
Previous experience in internal communication / endomarketing.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Practical skills in the MS OFFICE package
Advanced English.
