By bringing together global tech and commercial functions, the Growth Group allows us to fully leverage data and drive digital transformation and organic growth for AB InBev around the world.  In addition to supporting well known global beer brands like Corona, Budweiser and Michelob Ultra, the Growth Group is home to a robust suite of digital products including our B2B digital commerce platform BEES, on-demand delivery services Ze Delivery and TaDa Delivery, and table top beer keg PerfectDraft.  We are an exceptional team, focused on understanding and supporting consumer and customer needs, harnessing new technology, and scaling growth opportunities.  What you'll do: Play a critical role in guiding technical feature design Take ownership of understanding the business and operational problems at hand and how to best deliver solutions for the team Partner with business stakeholders to transform commercial ideas into tangible changes in the BEES application Put the customer first and move quickly in a dynamic business environment to architect simple but scalable solutions in collaboration with the Product organization and local Business Operations Evaluate and raise the bar for your technical team, participating in select code reviews and contributing to the code base directly when needed in order to facilitate increased efficiency and robustness Build out the team and grow their capabilities; mentor and develop engineering teams on best practices in development What you'll need: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software/Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a similar technical field Relevant development experience; experience at a fast-paced tech company is a plus Relevant experience mentoring developers Relevant hands-on development experience Experience with Microservices architectures (RESTful/JSON, Spring Boot, Java) You have an understanding of distributed systems You have worked in a scaled Agile & Scrum environment More about you: A self-starter who can lead multiple strategic projects and deliver results/in a fast-paced environment Lead from the front  not afraid to get your hands dirty in troubleshooting an engineering problem/or chasing a platform issue through resolution A creative thinker /enjoys challenges and has/a passion for solving complex problems and generating multi-functional solutions that impact millions of retailers Have strong communication skills - able to/clearly understand business objectives/and translate them into an end-to-end engineering plan What We Offer: Performance based bonus* Attendance Bonus*  Private pension plan Meal Allowance Casual office and dress code Days off* Health, dental, and life insurance Medicines discounts Wellhub partnership Childcare subsidies Discounts on Ambev products* Clube Ben partnership Scholarship* School materials assurance Language and training platforms Transport allowance *Rules applied Equal Opportunity & Affirmative Action: ABI Growth Group is proud to be an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
