Manage and lead large-scale Solution Integration & Implementation activities for a
range of Optima SaaS products.
What will your job look like?
You will...
Be responsible for Implementation Management - Setup and drive Product
implementation lifecycle of a project
Lead the team to resolve technical challenges
Lead unit level initiatives to build the technical competency to meet the needs of
the team or unit
Be accountable for software development and/or maintenance project planning,
execution, monitoring, risk management, resolution of issues and achievement of
the targets set for the project
Monitor the progress and predict risks (Quality, timeline and budget) as needed
and take necessary mitigation activities
Ensure smooth on-boarding of customers. Performs product configuration (and
customization of code, if required) as per customer requirements.
Liaison between customers and Product Core team. Identifies product gaps and
recommends enhancements to the Product Core team.
Provide technical support during all phases of a project and advices the customer's technical personnel at all levels of:
coding-related best practices, design-related best practices, use of product
features, application and 3rd-party configuration and tuning, on-going production
monitoring, etc.
Review with customers the business and technical requirements and provides
solutions that best address the customer's needs using product capabilities.
Participate in POCs or pre-sales demos. This role involves one or more of the following:
providing estimates, leading the project, developing the customizations (product
configurations in case SaaS products), and writing the demo scripts / storyboards.
Support integration of Amdocs products with third party applications within
commercial customer networks. Implements and validates product configuration
changes in live customer networks.
Create and delivers customized functional training to the customer as well as to
other internal organizations.
Perform connectivity validation of related system components. Reviews results with
the customer and the customer's vendors and provides relevant technical input to
project status reporting.
Lead and screen all defects/incidents during the project, directing them to the
relevant owner and following up on their handling.
All you need is...
Minimum 10 years of experience
Advanced English
Broad technical experience in SW and/ or HW engineering:
scripting, configuration, tuning, networking and installation.
Experience in communicating and negotiating with customer personnel and
management, up to the CxO level.
Experience in development, including work in Agile development environments.
Progressive experience in delivering and/or supporting complex software solutions
and service/ product implementations.
Experience and knowledge of telco networks , platforms, standards and business
processes.
