Job Summary
The Social Media Analyst is responsible for developing and implementing
strategies on various social media platforms (internal media / Workspace,
Whatsapp, Instagram closed to employees, Youtube, among others) with the aim of
publicizing and engaging employees in the company's training courses. This
professional must monitor, analyze and optimize the company's digital presence,
creating relevant content and interacting with the audience to promote training
and other internal initiatives.
Key activities:
Develop and implement social media strategies to promote training and other
internal initiatives.
Create a calendar and schedule of posts and content plans in line with the
company's objectives.
Manage and monitor social media accounts, ensuring an active and consistent
presence.
Create relevant and engaging content, including posts, articles, videos and other
formats suitable for social media platforms.
Work closely with the in-house Social Media Content Creator and Videomaker to
produce high-quality visual and audiovisual materials.
Writing persuasive texts suitable for the target audience of each platform.
Monitoring the performance of social media campaigns using analysis tools.
Analyze metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of strategies and
identify opportunities for improvement.
Follow social media trends and best practices to keep the company up to date and
competitive.
Interacting with the audience, responding to comments, messages and other forms of
engagement on social media.
Promote employee participation in training initiatives and internal campaigns.
Managing crises and negative feedback in a professional and effective manner.
Creating content that attracts and engages employees, promoting participation in
training and adherence to engagement campaigns.
Developing clear and motivating messages to communicate important information and
updates, according to the briefing provided by the client.
Participating in planning meetings.
Collaborating with the internal communications and training team to align content
with the company's guidelines and objectives.
Qualifications
Degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or
related areas.
Previous experience in social media management, preferably in a corporate
environment
Experience in data analysis and performance metrics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in social media management and analysis tools.
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing techniques.
Familiarity with social media platforms and audience engagement trends.
Creativity and innovation in the creation of visual and narrative content.
