Sobre a vaga

Provide technical training about products, developing new technical materials, and translate some of them, for new product's techncial support. Follow and orientate distributors regarding capabilities and internal audits in accord of procedures. Reporting of field failures through internal systems and reports, and offer Judgement on guarantee processes. Technical support to distributors and internally to other areas of the company (Spare Parts, Marketing, Commercial, Product). Prepare and lead KPI controls and Monthly results for company. Technically assist the commercial & product team in negotiations with customers and to visit and develop KA customers. Take responsibility for customer satisfaction surveys and improvement projects and look for solutions in the field with the spare parts department. Bachelors degree in Engineering, Mechanics, Mechatronics, Industrial or related to the technical area. Experience in After Sales management, preferrable at heavy construction machinery industry. Technical knowledge of heavy machinery and its systems (engine, hydraulics, electronics, transmissions, etc) and Experience in technical training. Languages: Native Spanish and Intermediate to Advanced English is mandatory.
