Job Description Hybrid: Work physically at General Motors 3 times per week (TUE-THU) Role: CCA - Service Development is the organization responsible for creating strategies, programs and process to maintain Chevrolet vehicles making their maintenances or any other services needed in our dealers, through all its lifecycle. Our vision is to Chevrolet Service be recognize as a trusted choice that fits customers lifestyle with convenience that delights and creates confidence in ownership, inspiring future vehicle purchases. This function will have a direct relationship with several areas (parts, legal, Marketing, Dealers, global teams, etc.) to development programs that will guarantee customer retention and profitability in service operations. Main responsibilities are: This position will be the Program owner of specific initiatives to increase customer retention and improve customer experience in our dealers. In that way, some of the main activities are: Develop and research new strategies/programs. (Benchmark in all South America markets to identify best practices) Define or improve program process, standards and KPI. Define training strategy or material needed to launch/reinforce services programs. Define best implementation strategy of new methodology/new programs. Define KPI, objectives, identify best data sources to measure program performance. Monitor Reports and evaluate results. Support field team and dealers in any requirements related to launched programs. Continue updating and improving programs. #LI-LL1 Additional Job Description Qualifications and Skills (Mandatory): Bachelor's degree in any area (Management, Engineering, etc) Fluency in English (mandatory) Experience in process design and mapping, focusing on improvements and customer retention MS proficiency (specially Excel, Power Point) Data analytics knowledge (specialty Cognos , Knime, BI Tools, etc) High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others Communication skills High level of analytical ability Self motivated and seeks empowerment Creativity Preferred Qualifications: Spanish language will be a plus Knowledge of Dealer process and mechanical aptitude will be a plus #LI-LL1 About GM Our vision is a world with Zero Crashes, Zero Emissions and Zero Congestion and we embrace the responsibility to lead the change that will make our world better, safer and more equitable for all.
