Develop and inspire a service learning mindset within the escola Concept community.Collaborate with educators to develop and implement service learning programs and initiatives.Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, including community organizations, funders, and government agencies, to support and advance service learning initiatives.Provide training and support to educators on integrating service learning into their lessons, fostering problem-solving skills and real-world applications. Guide learners in identifying and successfully completing service projects that have a positive impact on the community.Evaluate and measure the impact of service learning programs on both learners and the community.Promote service learning opportunities to learners, educators, and the wider community.Develop a strategic plan for service learning programs that aligns with the mission and goals of our school. Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to support service learning initiatives.Continuously assess the effectiveness of service learning programs and refine them based on feedback. Develop and implement evaluation and assessment methods to measure the success of service learning initiatives.  Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field (Master's preferred).Strong passion for community engagement, social impact, and experiential learning.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Problem-solving mindset and the ability to translate learning into practical, actionable solutions.Experience in project management and program development.Proficiency in Portuguese and English. Experience working in an educational or community engagement context is a plus.
