A Masters degree is a plus. Experience: 5+ years of experience in UX design and research, preferably in a senior or lead role. Skills: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Abstract, Sketch, Figma, Figjam , InVision). Strong understanding of UX research methodologies and tools (SurveyMonkey, PowerBI, Google Analytics, Pendo, Appcues, etc.). Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Brazilian Portuguese and English. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with Agile and Lean methodologies is a plus. Candidate must provide a resume, online portfolio and LinkedIn /n Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Analyst to join our dynamic team in Brazil. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Brazilian Portuguese and English, with a strong background in UX design and research, a passion for engaging with customers, and the ability to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders. This role is crucial for driving user-centered design and supporting the organizations growth and change initiatives. Key Responsibilities: UX Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with UI designers to ensure cohesive and intuitive user interfaces. Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. UX Research: Plan and conduct user research activities, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing. Analyze research findings to derive actionable insights. Develop user personas, journey maps, and experience maps. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather feedback and understand their needs and pain points. Act as a user advocate within the company, ensuring that customer feedback informs product decisions. Facilitate workshops and focus groups with customers and stakeholders. Reporting and Communication: Present research findings and design concepts to stakeholders, including executives and product teams. Create detailed UX reports and documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align UX strategies with business objectives. Support Change and Growth: Contribute to the development and implementation of UX strategies and processes. Mentor and guide junior UX team members. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
