Responsibilities and Assignments: Provide personalized customer service. Conduct quotations, reservations, and issuance of airline tickets, hotel bookings, car rentals, and travel insurance for domestic and international trips. Understand and meet customer expectations. Keep customer data updated in the CRM system. Log all customer service requests in the system. Develop customized itineraries of medium complexity. Offer consultancy on destinations, products, and services. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys post-travel. Guide and serve as a reference for Junior Consultants. Report to immediate leadership about customer service incidents. Implement the established SGI practices within the company. Hard Skills: Bachelors degree completed. Advanced English (mandatory).
