Boeing Brazil is seeking Senior Systems Engineering Engineer (Airplane Level
Requirements Management, V&V), reporting directly to the Systems Engineering
Manager of the Boeing Brazil, São Jose dos Campos site.
This team of Systems Engineering Engineers will lead the foundations of
revolutionizing airplane development at Boeing. The Systems Engineering team works
on Airplane Development in several different Boeing Commercial Aviation programs.
Position Responsibilities:
" Lead Development Assurance activities across Boeing Commercial Airplanes
Programs supporting Development Assurance Reviews (DAR) through Airplane Level
Requirements Validation and Verification.
" Collaborate among Systems Engineering to enable an optimized airplane
development framework through the entire product lifecycle.
" Engage across the company to gather, integrate and deploy engineering standards,
precedence networks, decision making criteria and Program Management foundations.
" Contribute to relationship building across customers, stakeholders, peers, and
mentees.
" Drive continual improvement in solutions sets among Program development.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. This means that the selected
candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
" Must have existing rights to work in Brazil.
" Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate from an accredited course of study in
engineering.
" Must be registered or eligible to register with the Engineering and Agronomy
Regional Council (Conselho Regional de Engenharia e Agronomia - CREA).
" Must have advanced/fluent proficiency in reading, writing and speaking in the
English language.
" Relevant experience in engineering development.
Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience):
" Experience applying Systems Engineering principals.
" Experience Leading Process Assurance audits (Development / Design Assurance)
" Experience Leading requirements validation and verification Systems Engineering
activities.
" Familiarity with ARP-4754, ARP-4761 will greatly benefit you in this role.
" Flexible collaboration skills and experience with Agile methodologies.
Relocation:
This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
This requisition is for a locally hired position in Brazil. Candidates must have
current legal authorization to live and work in Brazil. Benefits and pay are
determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S. based payroll.
