Senior Regulatory Specialist Fragrance & Beauty Your future position?
A fantastic opportunity has risen to join our Regulatory Affairs and Product
Safety (RAPS) Digital Centre of Excellence. Based out our offices in São Paulo,
(BR) in the role of Senior Regulatory Specialist in the global E-Doc Masters
team, where your primary responsibility will be to support the development,
maintenance and innovation of regulatory documentation and data-based templates
for Givaudans wider customer base.
You will bring your knowledge and expertise to the team and will have
opportunities to join exciting cross functional projects supportive of Givaudans
Digital Transformation.

In this exciting role, you will:
Learn and use Givaudan systems to complete tasks and manage data
Develop, maintain and advance bespoke customer documentation
Partner with RAPS global colleagues and other functions
Gain knowledge of Givaudan systems and tool
Be involved in key regulatory digital projects as assigned
Collaborate with peers and regulatory managers alike

Your professional profile includes:
Advanced University / Master Degree in Information Technology or Scientific field
with Data Analysis background
Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Management/Analysis in a global organization
in industry
Advanced Microsoft Excel including VBA, knowledge of SAP, Business Intelligence
and Smart Data
Visualization tools. Experience in Robotic Process Automation highly appreciated.
Working knowledge of industry and customer regulatory requirements
Experience in project management:
critical thinker, analytical capabilities, strong communicator
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
