DuPont Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Senior Recruiter (outsourced employee). The primary role involves recruiting critical positions across multiple locations in North America, including operator, maintenance, laboratory, and administrative roles at DuPont's manufacturing and production facilities. This role would also provide coverage as needed for a Senior Recruiter with responsibility for Latin America roles. Working closely with HR business partners and hiring managers, the Talent Advisor will be responsible for understanding business demands and staffing requirements, providing market analysis, developing local sourcing strategies, and effectively executing the recruitment process. The successful candidate is expected to demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, liaise effectively with stakeholders at every step of the process, and maintain a sustained focus on high-quality recruitment results. Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Facilitating timely and comprehensive intake sessions with hiring managers to refine role requirements and potential sourcing pools. Composing persuasive and informative job postings that showcase the unique aspects of job opportunities and attract qualified candidates. Formulating effective strategies to promote diversity in candidates sourcing. Providing frequent updates to hiring managers and collaborating with HR partners. Screening candidate applications and proposing recommendations to hiring managers. Candidate management, as needed, in the integration of pre-employment assessments. Establishing and developing amiable relationships with hiring managers while promoting industry best practices to enhance their recruitment strategies. Participating in any other recruitment-related assignments or activities as directed. Adhering to all employment laws and legal requirements for the U.S. and Latin America. Qualifications:Bachelor's degreeAdvanced level of EnglishIntermediate level of SpanishMinimum 3 of years experience recruiting nonexempt positionsDemonstrated experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitingAttention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbility to work independently and as a team playerAbility to provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment processStrong professional presence; including excellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated experience in taking initiative and solving problemsThe following skill sets are preferred:Experience recruiting for U.S. based rolesExperience with Workday Recruit  ATS systemProficiency using Candidate Relationship Management (CRM)Join our Talent Community to stay connected with us!
