We are pleased to introduce you to our client, a company that is a trusted technology partner for many of its customers in North America, Europe, and across the globe. We invite you to read the details of this position and then apply.   The position   We are looking for a Python Engineer to work inside the team that builds the tools for Portfolio Managers to analyze the financial data collected from external sources and make decisions based on this analysis.    The product  This is the technology platform for operating the hedge fund, launched 1 year ago. The platform researches and runs systematic trading strategies for several quantitative analysts with 15+ years of Wall Street experience.   Technical Requirements   5 years of software engineering in Python. Knowledge and experience in the fintech domain (equities, backtesting, and financial simulations). Advanced level of English. Knowledge of Python along with standard library. Knowledge of Python infrastructure. Knowledge of SQL and experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL.
