Our Global Experiential team is looking for an integrated producer based in São Paulo as a part of our LATAM team to support groundbreaking Experiences with some of the world's most innovative brands. The projects span across Experiential, Web, Content, Broadcast, and Events, with a close eye on driving innovation by integrating all disciplines. Our sweet spot sits at the intersection of Physical, Digital and Live and were always looking for ways to blend them together. Whether you are producing exhilarating on ground activations, innovative digital or wild new ways of combining the two, this role is set to handle a host of award-winning projects at the intersection of creativity and technology, working with key clients across the region, The Lowdown As a Senior Producer at MediaMonks, youll partner with the worlds leading brands to pitch, plot and produce an array of smart production content, along with pushing whats possible with a strong focus on innovative technologies. We are looking for our Senior Producer to be a leader in the field of Experiential, guiding our clients at the top of the craft for experience design, you are a veteran of the scene, and pushing our team towards new innovation in the space. Your role is to bring all of our in-house talent together, integrating different disciplines to make sure great work is done between MediaMonks monasteries around the world. Youll guide the strategic direction of our offering, pitching on new briefs and RFPs, shaping projects into success. In turn, youll help to generate new work by turning these pitches into actual projects, working as an end-2-end solution. Youre a projects pace and peacemaker. Youre also a great communicator and dont shy away from running as the main client POC on BIG projects. You'll lead the way across uncharted paths of production for innovative projects that engage with new and novel uses of technology, while also showing restraint. Avoiding tech-for-tech sake, you take a human first approach, making technology invisible, and finding the right solution for clients actual needs. You love the real world, real human interaction, but feel just at home when it involves digital and physical combined together. You are a very flexible thinker and never scared of a challenge. Our work spans broad spectrums from permanent architectural spaces and generative art, to retail pop ups, events, and activations. You can talk about it all, and find the experts to execute. Next to projects, you manage our awesome production teams in Brazil, United States and Canada, working with the departments leads to proactively keep fires out and steering the producers individual success, Working closely with our CD and TD, youll bring together a team of diverse in-house talent to make sure great work is done across the Americas and our production strongholds around the world. You are responsible for scoping and quoting key projects as well as timing and planning production work. You help to establish what gets done and when (U <3 SOWs), making sure projects are profitable, doable, and award-winning. If all of this doesnt excite you enough already, you also have the honor of compiling reports on sales and forecasts. $-) As the nexus between idea and execution, you work in close collaboration with clients and coworkers from around the world, keeping a close eye on creative excellence & quality. You are a self-starter, a leader, ready to jump headfirst into projects, pulling the team together to create pure digital awesomeness. Requirements For this position, were looking for a proficient integrated producer with at least 6-8 years of high-level experience in digital advertising/production, with a strong emphasis on technology including experiential, web development, emerging technology and knowledge of film & digital content production. You have a proven track record of delivering complex projects in the experiential space. You have strong technical knowledge of digital production, specifically, experiential & events, web UX & UI and platform development, Mixed Reality, 2D & 3D animation pipelines, film / post / VFX production, broadcast, etc. You have a keen understanding of what is needed to make multi-faceted projects come about and possess sufficient technical knowledge to foresee and address production issues. Handling the production of multiple projects across clients and teams is no easy task and requires solid planning and communication skills. While your inbox is your natural habitat, you excel at interfacing with human beings in real-time: you know how to motivate people to get things done, wherever they are in the world. In other words, you overcome, oversee and conquer, and instead of freaking out, you are freakin good at dealing with difficult deadlines and deliveries.
