Could It Be You?The Sr. Mobile Software Engineer (React Native)will be involved in the development of functionally rich, robust and user friendly mobile applications, following through all stages of the Agile software development life cycle from inception to delivery. The developer will collaborate on a cross functional team including UX Design, QA,Back-End developers and will collaborate with other Engineers in the growth of best practices and technological advancements. The ideal candidate for this role should be able to thrive in dynamic environments, have a strong work ethic, positive energy and the ability to innovate. You will be responsible for: Developing, testing, debugging standards-compliant, cross platform mobile applicationsEnhancing and modifying existing applications as needed to ensure add new features or improve user-experienceDiagnosing and troubleshooting problems with existing applicationsInteracting and communicating with designers, developers, QA testers, copywriters, product owners and others in order to understand requirements and scope of workPlaying active role in defining and implementing best practices, standards and procedures including quality and delivery methodologies Helping the team to estimate work efforts for user stories, including determining requirements, dependencies and risksLead technical discussionsConducting research and developing proof of conceptsParticipating in and contribute to all Agile Scrum ceremonies So are YOU our next Sr. Mobile Software Engineer (React Native)? You are if you have&To succeed, in this role, you will need: Bachelors Degree in engineering, computer science or other related fieldSolid knowledge and experience with JavaScript, Typescript, HTML5, CSS3+ years of professional experience with React Native and React JSExperience with State Management using ReduxExperience in building and publishing mobile apps for IOS and AndroidSolid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and SOLID principlesSolid understanding of different design patterns and experience to apply themExperience with unit testing Experience with version control systems such as GitExperience with RESTful APIs to connect React Native applications to back-end servicesExperience with Real-time communication (Sockets, Firebase, gRPC)Experience on Agile (preferably SCRUM) development practices Were looking for someone with: Strong analytical and problem solving skillsStrong organization, communication, and interpersonal skillsA strong commitment to upgrading technical skills on an ongoing basis and a willingness to share their knowledge with othersThe ability to take initiative and get things done.Ability to support less experienced team members to deliver.
