Some activities you would do on a typical day at Cheesecake Labs Deliver full life-cycle recruiting: source, screen, interview, and prepare candidates through the entire cycle. Welcome and onboard new Cakers, ensuring a positive first impression. Run processes and programs to improve the workplace environment and company culture, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere. Promote internal communication, ensuring that all Cakers are engaged. Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events. Facilitate the offboarding process for Cakers, ensuring a respectful and smooth transition. Run performance review processes to ensure employee development and alignment with Cheesecake Labs' goals. Collect and analyze HR information to help streamline processes and make data-driven decisions. In order to succeed, you'll likely need the following skills: Experience in generalist HR roles Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, or HR Technician. English proficiency Good communication skills, both in verbal and writing Ability to efficiently use Google Sheets and G-Suite plataforms for data management, reporting, and collaborative work. Understanding and utilizing KPIs to measure and improve HR processes and outcomes. Ability to make decisions based on data analysis and insights. Focus on achieving goals and delivering measurable outcomes. Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities. Commitment to enhancing the experience and satisfaction of employees.
