5+ years of proven experience in Business Analysis Experience in Capital Markets, particularly in Regulatory Reporting Proficiency in gathering, analyzing, and translating user needs into Functional Specifications. Expertise in identifying, documenting, and validating Non-functional requirements Strong Knowledge of SDLC Familiar with Data Exchange Methods: REST, queues, and other integration mechanisms. Comprehensive Understanding of Data Formats: XML, JSON, CSV Strong understanding of Data Mapping, Validation, and ETL challenges Knowledge of SQL Proficiency in Visualization Tools: Visio, Draw.io, or similar software to create comprehensive diagrams and process flows. Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches Hands-on experience with Murex Technical background
