To expand the team capacity we are looking for a seasoned hands-on Appian developer who can contribute towards ongoing development and Appian Administration Support. Skills Must have 10+ years of experience in Information Technology. Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field or equivalent working experience. 5+ years of hands-on experience in design, implementation and production support of Appian BPM workflow applications. Strong understanding of RDBMS and experience in design and development of relational DB objects to support Appian applications. Experience in tuning the system for performance improvements and performance related high volume of database. Experience with Appian product administration activities like new environment creation, environment management, Appian upgrades and related activities. Hands-on development experience in building any/all Appian components including CDTs, SAIL programming, process modeler and WebAPIs. Experience defining and enforcing enterprise database standards and processes. Experience of XML and web services (SOAP/REST). Knowledge on in-memory KDBs & engine sizing Ability to work using CICD Technologies such as XLR, SonarQube, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Ansible, GitHub. Must have recent working experience on App Servers such as JBoss, Tomcat, etc. & Web Servers like Apache, etc. Appian Certified Senior Developer Highly analytical with good problem solving skills and creativity; Able to work independent in a fast-paced environment Positive individual with strong communication skills; Able to interface well with users and other development teams. Nice to have Experience in Banking/Financial industry is preferred Experience on Ansible, BitBucket, JBoss, GitHub Experience on Appian upgrades Experience in C#.net programming is a plus.
