Department Overview Openpath, now a Motorola Solutions Company, is a leader within the access control industry. Openpaths access control solution makes businesses more secure with multi-factor authentication, enables a contactless entry experience and can be easily scaled and managed due to its cloud-based architecture. Job Description Develop and maintain user-facing and integrator-facing mobile applications exclusively for the iOS platform. Build and iterate on our partner-facing iOS SDK. Enhance our mobile video experience, including webRTC integration. Collaborate with engineering team members to ensure best practices and high standards are maintained. Uphold the stability, security, user experience, and accessibility of our mobile applications. Optimize build/test automation and improve development tooling. Participate in system architecture planning, with a focus on operational considerations. Work closely with Product Management to prioritize tasks effectively. Take ownership of product and service quality, ensuring reliability across our architectural ecosystem. Basic Requirements Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is preferred. 6+ years of professional experience in iOS mobile app development. Proficiency in Swift with a deep understanding of the language and SwiftUI (6+ years required). Previous experience with Android development in Kotlin or Java is a plus. Background in working with video and webRTC technologies is highly beneficial. Experience with Bluetooth, Location Services, and mobile SDK distribution is preferred.
