Primary Purpose of this Position: The Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Strategy & Transformation will be responsible for providing analysis and recommendations to support Ball Beverage Packaging South America Supply Chain Strategy. This will include providing investment analysis, closely with the Supply Chain Planning and Execution, Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance & Growth teams. What will you be responsible for? Supporting the analysis of strategic investment opportunities across our supply chain network, from scenario analysis to the investment approval submission. Supporting footprint modeling (Ball and competitors) and optimisation scenario analysis. Maintaining long-term planning models, including network optimisation and competitive advantage analysis. Retrieves sales, production, inventory, and financial data from various systems and reporting tools to integrate into broader analyses. Contributing to the long-term strategic planning cycle (3-5 years), closely collaborating with the Supply Chain Planning & Execution, Manufacturing & Growth Teams. Collaborating cross-functionally with Finance, O&SC, and Growth teams to support cost-reduction initiatives. Providing analytical support for major transformation and cross-functional Supply Chain cost-reduction projects. Building and presenting recommendations for various stakeholder groups, including Regional Executive Leadership Team, Supply Chain & Operations Leadership Team, and the Enterprise Leadership Team. (data-storytelling) Supporting the preparation for Regional Strategic Meetings and other strategic meetings throughout the year. Supporting global initiatives aimed at driving efficiency gains across multiple areas within Supply Chain & Operations. Manages regular team data maintenance, including but not limited to the footprint funnel in Excel, project financials, and recurring ELT project status updates. Top 5 outcomes the role drives for Ball Ensures analysis on potential investment or optimisation projects (as directed by the Regional Strategic Projects Teams) are completed efficiently and effectively, without over-whelming supporting functions. Drive analytical insights into optimisation opportunities, but within our existing manufacturing footprint but also our customer base (both current and prospective customers). Support the Regional Supply Chain Strategy & Transformation Director in providing strategic Supply Chain leadership to the respective function. Support the identification and delivery of major transformation cross-functional Supply Chain cost-out projects. Support the drafting of AFEs (investment approval process), so they provide a robust and coherent investment case. What are we looking for? An analytical individual with exceptional communication, organization, and cross-team collaboration skills Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economy, Administration or similar. English Advanced/fluent (writing and speaking). MS Office Suite, with high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Data management and visualization tools such as: PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik Sense. Statistical modeling, VBA and Python. (desirable) Analysis and Skills: Analyzing and drawing insights from large datasets. Producing effective presentations of financial/operational analysis.
